Serves as an Empowered Official and maintains a fully compliant export contract program in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Drafts and negotiates agreements (NDA, Teaming, Consignment, etc.) Provides advice and guidance as to proposal requirements.

8-10 years experience in cradle to grave management of cost reimbursable and fixed price Department of Defense (DOD) contracts. Knowledge and experience in working with various DOD primte contractors and in negotiating with various levels of Buyer Supplier Management skillsets. Thorough knowledge of TINA and FAR is required. Process oriented with a demonstrated history of process improvement and continuous improvement achievements. Must be comfortable with electronic contracting/export vehicles such as EXOSTAR, prime-specific databases, D-TRADE, and electronic contract management systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, ORACLE, etc.) Skilled in use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience with review and negotiation of International contracts is a plus.
