Abhyanga is another form of massage treatment that is used to cure the problem related to muscle tissue and movement of doshic energy and lymphatic fluid. This method is performed from mediated herbal oil. These kinds of oil are prepared from at least 10 to 50 herbs.

This massage therapy is very relaxing and pleasant. It also helps in better functioning of the brain and mind activities. Mainly herbal oils are used to massage the head to pamper you from stressful life.

Shirodhara is an ayurvedic treatment used to cure problems related to greying of hair, sinusitis, hearing impairment, memory loss, neurological disorder, and skin diseases. It is performed by pouring the oil slowly on forehead, which is considered as third eye in a warm and peaceful atmosphere.
